Hiroshi and Samath met in 2018 while working side by side at Kitano Shokudo (Otto Bistro). Their professional complicity led them to launch a small delunch project in January 2023. It was then that Hiroshi suggested Samath add a special touch: coffees. Samath threw himself into the art of the pour over and, much to their surprise, the coffees quickly took off. Fascinated by this world, Samath became a true coffee maniac, immersing himself in in-depth research into the art.
Together, Hiroshi and Samath decided to turn this passion into a joint project: to open Ohayo Café, a space that reflects their love for exceptional cuisine and coffee. Ohayo Café offers high-quality coffees and Japanese comfort food, featuring authentic flavors in a warm and friendly setting.
